国際医療奉仕団 ジャパンハート
International Medical Volunteers Japan Heart

International Medical Volunteers-Japan Heart was established in April 2004 (HQ is in Japan). Dr. Hideto Yoshioka (pediatric surgeon), who has been working in Myanmar since 1995, is the founder of organization. From May 2004, we have been providing medical care to the people in Sagaing Township in close collaboration with the Wachet Jivitadana Sangha Hospital. We have formed the surgical team from Japan, and we are currently improving a surgical theater by providing surgical equipments and medical expendables. Technical exchange is also our main project. We have dispatched two medical doctors and three nurses from Japan to provide medical training to local doctors and nurses.
